Payment methods
Payment can be made using the following payment methods: VISA Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For pre-orders, the purchase price will be deducted at the time of payment when the order is placed.

Delivery of goods
We strive to deliver within 2 business days to Denmark and 5 business days in the EU. Please contact us for delivery to other countries. We deliver as far as possible.

After placing your order, you will receive an SMS with information about the delivery date.
If it is not possible to deliver your order, it will be returned. This may result in additional delivery costs for you.

Right of withdrawal and return
If you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. This assumes that the item has not been assembled and put into use.

If you regret a purchase, you must contact us by phone at +45 50902525.

Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 15 business days.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from other countries, you must pay for the shipping yourself.

2nd sort items are purchased with a physical inspection and not online, which is why the 14-day right of withdrawal does not include 2nd sort items purchased with a corresponding discount code.

Complaints
The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods.

You have a 2-year warranty if the product has a defect. A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the item. However, ordinary wear and tear or damage you have caused to the product yourself is not a defect.

Do not use SORTED for "wet" waste (e.g. food scraps and residual waste), but for recyclable waste such as cardboard, plastic, metal, bottles etc. SORTED must be used with waste bags inside. If the above is not followed, the warranty is void.

If the product has a defect and you make a timely complaint, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced in the first instance. If this cannot be done or is not done within a reasonable time, you may, depending on the circumstances, receive a refund or a reduction in price.

If you discover a defect, you must complain to us within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially in the case of transport damage. However, if you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs within 10 business days. Therefore, keep your receipt.

If you want to complain to us about a defect, we ask you to state the problem in as much detail as possible. This is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the fault and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

Send the item securely packaged when you return it.

The right to complain lapses with the purchase of 2nd sort items purchased with the corresponding discount code.

Errors, defects and missed deliveries
